James Grant
James joined Brian Cradick & Company in 1995 from Stiles Harold Williams and specialises in retail agency.
In 2000 he became a partner with overall responsibility for the agency function.
With 20 years experience of the retail market throughout the south east, he advises both occupiers and investors on property strategy with particular emphasis on the neighbourhood and convenience retail sector.
Clients include Tesco, Clarks, Blockbuster, Lloyds TSB and Threadneedle.
