Blean is a village in the Canterbury district of Kent with a population of c.6,176 situated on the Blean Woods National Nature Reserve approximately 4 miles north east of Canterbury, 3½ miles south of Whitstable and 7 miles east of Faversham.
Blean Tavern is situated on the east side of Blean Hill (A290) approximately 5 miles south of the junction with the A299 and 2 miles north of Canterbury West Station.
The University of Kent, Canterbury Campus and Blean Primary School (Ofsted rating outstanding) are both within a mile of the property.
