11 Nov 2025Cradick Retail is delighted to announce the successful lettings of Units 4A & 4C Simmonds Road, Canterbury, acting on behalf of the landlord, Canterbury City Council.
Following a period of strong demand, we secured new long-term FRI leases to two exciting new tenants, Rivals Social, a new competitive socialising operator, and Brakepoint Padel Club, a new padel operator — achieving headline rents at the quoting level.
During a recent visit to Canterbury, it was fantastic to see both tenants now nearing completion of their fit-out and preparing to open for trading.
