Having originally sold all the parade to the current owners, Cradick Retail was instructed to let two surplus units on the new owners’ behalf. The scheme is part of the new Park Farm housing development in the area, bringing forward some 1,200 new homes. The parade is situated opposite Waitrose and will be occupied by The Brow Code, a luxury brand offering five star cosmetic treatments as well as training.
