ALDI, WESTWOOD CROSS

Fantastic to see the latest Aldi opening in the South East at Westwood Cross. Cradick Retail acquired the former Sports Direct, Maplin and Bathstore units at Westwood Gateway Retail Park for Aldi on the basis of a new Long Leasehold interest from Capreon.

The store has just opened following extensive refurbishment and extension, a great effort from all concerned. With thanks to Johnny Rowland at Savills who acted for Capreon.
