Location
Sittingbourne is an expanding town in the borough of Swale in Kent, approximately 17 miles north west of Canterbury and 12 miles north east of Maidstone. The newly developed commercial units are situated in the Stones Farm, a residential led scheme in Bapchild, to the east of Sittingbourne, where approximately 600 new homes are being delivered. The retail units are situated adjacent to Co-op. The supermarket has now completed on the unit at Block F and is scheduled to open by 2025.
