The pier is also home to a TruGym, Tanning Shop and a hair salon, making it a popular destination for students from the nearby Medway University campus. Tourists and locals are also drawn to the pier, and the close vicinity of the Odeon Cinema Complex and Dockside Outlet Centre ensures a high footfall.
